3. You're invoiced fortnightly Ongoing ad-hoc work is invoiced every 2 weeks. One-off projects are invoiced on completion.
FAQ
Do you have a minimum?
Yes — 30 minutes minimum per task. This keeps admin time manageable for both of us.

What about urgent or after-hours work?
Emergency same-day fixes and weekend work are billed at $180/hour.
Can I just buy a block of hours upfront?
Yes — we offer a 10-hour retainer pack at $1,100 ($110/hour effective rate, valid 12 months).

Do you offer ongoing support?
For regular monthly work, our Care Plans from $129/month are much better value. Ad-hoc is best for occasional, unpredictable needs.
Can I pay later for the ad-hoc job?
Full payment required before work begins on jobs under $500. Larger jobs require 50% deposit with final payment due before any changes are published to your live website. This protects both parties and ensures consistent service delivery.
